The latest design for the nine mile section of the A 465 from Dowlais Top to Hirwaun will be available for the public to see at four exhibitions in the local area from December 7th.

Expected to be completed by 2020, it will complete the 25 mile long dualling of the A 465 between Abergavenny and Hirwaun, a key part of plans for the economic regeneration of the South Wales Valleys.

The four exhibitions are as follows:

Monday, December 7th, between noon and 9.00 pm at St Lleurwg Church Hall , Hirwaun.

Tuesday, December 8th , between noon and 9.00 pm at the Cefn Community Centre.

Friday, December 11th, between noon and 9.00 pm at Dowlais Community Centre, and

Saturday, December 12th , between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm at the Cefn Community Centre.
