We would take this opportunity to apologise for the late delivery of this email; we have had to wait for confirmation of the delivery of the required equipment to undertake the following work.
On occasions we carry out work which is outside the normal working period, this will allow us to work safely and to minimise disruption to the travelling public.
Tonight we will be carrying out works which involve resurfacing the junction at Station Road, Gilwern and the A465 Heads of the Valley.
We currently envisage the work will be carried out on Friday 9th September from 19:00 to 22:00.
Local traffic will be controlled by a traffic light system and we hope that you will not be disrupted too much whether travelling or at home.
To ensure that we carry out this operation safely we will need to carry out the work in the evening, we will be using various items of construction equipment.
We will endeavor to undertake the noisier work as early as possible.
