if you are planing a trip to OFD3 please be carefull of the cimb down at the poached egg my hand hold gave way and i fell off . please use a life line down there i was lucky not to be hurt.

Where did the hand hold come off? If memory serves the Poached Egg climb can be tackled either directly down, or via a much easier traverse on the right wall and then down.

it's the direct way down if you trun round to go down to the fisrt foot hold there was a hand hold thats the one what gave way. hope thats some help to you.
