E.g. you'd get through that if you can manage the vice

I *might* be harvesting ideas for a song...

The Cheese Press in Long Churn is a good reference point in the Dales. As is the top of Slit Pot in Simpsons. In the Peak, how about The Vice in the Crabwalk (Giant's Hole). In Fermanagh, I would suggest the squeeze near the entrance of Tullyhona.

As far as pitches are concerned - the middle one between Mancuanian Way and Clough's Passage. It's the only one where I have had to breathe out and wriggle to get down, and Mike Wooding, who followed me, was suspended with his feet dangling just out of reach for at least 10 minutes! If you can get down that, you can get down anything (but not necessarily back up!).

Some more Dales options: The upwards squeeze to the Angel's wing in Bull Pot of the Witches, and just before it the slightly more spacious squeeze up to the chambers containing the gour pools.

Strans Gill Pot pitch 2 (pitch head) and The Banana Peeler in Ayleburn Mine Cave (horizontal bedding).

The Fatometer in Broken Finger was a doddle, as was Freeze Squeeze in Nettle.

Daren entrance crawl. Not so tight at the smallest point but overall definitely not to be underestimated.

For me it's now the squeeze on the Swildon's Round trip which is not Birthday Squeeze (is just before it in fact). One of the most awkward squeezes I have done was that into the extensions off Gilwern Passage in Ogof Draenen.

I have 2 that spring to mind. The Crux in Quaking Pot and the squeeze down out of Boireau Falls Chamber leading to the head of Nemesis pitch in Langcliffe Pot. Previously and before it was opened up The Mistral connecting the bottom end of Pip.

Indeed. I was disappointed not to fit through this recently. Mick's End (entering Old Ings from Dismal Hill) is about my limit these days.

The squeeze into OFD 3 Is a nice change from the traverses. But quite a constriction
Agreed. First time I went there I was suprised how tight it was. I remember practically forcing my father through on a later trip. The good news is that it is much easier coming up through it. Another constriction that took me by surprise was that at the near end of Jigsaw Passage in Daren Cilau. I did it on a through trip from Ogof Cnwc relatively recently on my first visit in more than 30 years.
