Hi everyone,

My name’s Callum and I’ve recently got into caving. Most of my experience so far has been with friends doing smaller horizontal trips, but since these trips we've made some friends within the DCRO and DCA and completed some vertical trips!

Ever since a kid, I'd always be interested in those caving YouTube videos, and overall just getting outdoors and pushing my limits, and caving seems to be the hobby for me!

I’ve just started at Staffordshire University, where I’m currently in the process of setting up a caving club. My hope is to get more students into the sport, build connections with local clubs, and make caving more accessible for beginners. During this time, I have been working with CHECC, Birmingham Caving Club and communicating with members of the DCA to try and bring this club to life!

I’m really looking forward to meeting more of the community, learning from those with more experience, and getting underground as much as possible! So feel free to get in touch, and we can plan something!
