    Post pregnancy potter

I'm looking for suggestions for Mendip photo caving a trip with no ladders/ropework. I had a c-section and my stomach muscles are not what they were but I can manage a pootle/photo trip. Any recommendations for entrance series?  It's been a few years since last trip and can't remember!
