    Well if you want to be less knackered ,put the hauling ropes on the drag tray at the bottom .it does make it a lot easier to pull . I have suggested this before ,but you have chosen to ignore it so far !

    Delivered 8 Digging buckets to Skipton for the CPC .

    Because the furniture was being burnt ,because we did not buy logs ! Much safer and no mess to clean up . Less insurance to pay !

    As long tome drag tray maker ,can I suggest you put the dragging roes at the very base of the trays . It makes them much easier to easier to pull . Less pulling effort ,longer digging time . With respect .

    While this subject is running ,I wonder if someone could answer a question about Oxlow ? Oxlow was one of my first caving trips with the BPC in 1960 . Oxlow is a lead mine and I have always been puzzled why there is no spoil heap near the entrance .

    Depth now been altered to 4Km .

    That's a bit shallow for that size of quake . Hope we are not going to get an outpouring of Lava ! You would need planning permission for that .
