There are many, many huts on Mendips. The Wessex is the nearest to Swildons but there’s also the BEC, MNRC, UBSS, Shepton and others. The Wessex is, obviously, the far superior one… There are changing ‘facilities’ in the barn at Priddy but, if you’re making a weekend of it, I’d suggest the five...
