Over the last month I've sent 4 emails to SWCC to arrange a midweek OFD access for our caving club but have had no reply. Our proposed date is now just over a week away so it's getting a bit tight. Please can somebody advise me of how to proceed? Thanks.

Devon & Cornwall Underground Council - not much information of the website.  Please could somebody advise me on the following: How does it work? Who are the officers? How and when are they elected? Who is eligible to join? Is a copy of the constitution available?
