"Sounds like they already have an investor (not Mike Ashley) to keep it going, but not signed and sealed yet. In the meantime, they have gone into administration to support the winding up of existing company before investment makes them Alpkit 2.0. The statement also says they will keep stores open, no staff losses and will be fulfiling all orders."
