We have a job re-opening some tunnels near Churt in Surrey,
We have a shaft around 8 mtrs deep to clear, and some tunnels at the base to clean up.
We are looking for an extra pair of hands from tomorrow for a few weeks, quite flexible, to help us out, if you are free and interested please PM

Oddly.. I wanted to volunteer for today as not exactly local for me but commutable for a day (although that might be an aspiration larger than practicality) but I can't because I'll be in Highfield (Sheffield) which is sort of the mirror image of your predicament
