BCA AGM voting is now open

If one chooses to bulk delete spam e mails after being advised that an e mail that might actually not be spam, is your personal choice. Likewise after receiving the e mail you choose not to vote, it is again your choice. However if you don't vote you will have to accept the outcome.
BCA have had issues with there IT over the last couple of years, and It competent people are working hard to sort it out.
The new membership system when launched came with some issues, and as each one has been highlighted it has been sorted.
Hopefully next year the e mails will not go to spam. And if it arrives in your in box you still have the freedom to ignore/delete or open and vote.

Fortunately I don't think you have to receive an email now to vote anyway, since you get your ballot ID from the JustGo system now? Just needs the link to the voting system which is https://vote.british-caving.org.uk/ and to get your ballot ID from https://britishcaving.justgo.com under 'MEMBER DETAILS' -> 'MORE' (drop down on far right) -> 'BALLOT ID').

Thus Stuart can vote after all democracy is restored or something like that.

Hi all,

I have just sent all BCA members a 'reminder to vote' email.
I have tweaked some settings and am hoping it will be more likely to go to inboxes, rather than spam, this time round!

If the 6th July email went to your spam please could comment below (or pm me) and let me know if today's email still went to your spam, or if it went to your inbox?

Ta!
Katie
