BCA AGM Zoom Details, Officer Reports, and Sign Up Form

Dear All,

The Annual General Meeting of the British Caving Association will be held on Saturday the 7th of June at Clapham Village Hall Cross Haw Ln, Clapham, Lancaster LA2 8DZ, UK, starting at 10am.

The Agenda which now includes Officers' Reports can be found attached below.

The AGM will be held in a multi-modal style i.e. in-person with video conferencing for remote attendees.

There will be refreshments provided and a period in the afternoon for Officers and Working Groups to meet and discuss BCA business, as well as socialise with each other and the membership.

The form linked below is to enable us to better anticipate the refreshments and the room layout. Consequently, filling this out is not mandatory, but is is strongly preferred.

The Treasurer's report is included in the reports above, but the 2024 accounts themselves are not. They are on the BCA website here and I will bring some printed copies to the AGM.
