BCA cave available to book

[BCA Membership]

The BCA Artificial Cave still has spaces in it's diary for this year, from mid-August onwards.
The cave can be booked for village fetes, caving events, scout camps, etc.
It has even been to a wedding!!!
It is stored in a trailer in Derbyshire, and bookings are required to collect, tow, set up, staff and return the cave themselves.

I think it is great fun....... but I also enjoy caving in Stoney Middleton

Can't see it much use for srt practice
Looks brilliant for youth/scouts though

The majority of its outings are to Scout events - they love it!
At non-caver events (village fetes, etc) it is rare for an adult to go through it, but kids really enjoy it.

Although everytime I set it up I have the first trip through. For safety reasons of course, not *just* because I enjoy it......

Saw it at Osmaston Cricket Ground yesterday whilst out on a dog walk, looked great fun for the kids, especially combined with all the ladders, zip wire and ropes they had in a tree next to it…just have to cut out the cake and beer!
