Thanks for this. Can I ask; are there any special entry requirements for DIMs?

Now we don't get proper membership cardsn any more I'm wondering what the protocol is.

No I mean to get in the BCA AGM.

Not that I know of, but hopefully someone from the BCA exec will confirm that!

We still have electronic membership cards, and any votes for the AGM will be online, and only current members will receive the email with their voting credentials.

The constitutional requirement to be able to vote at the BCA AGM is proof of BCA membership. If you cannot do this you may still attend.

Proof can be given either by presenting me a digital or print out copy of your membership card, which you will have received as a PDF in an email from the JustGo system when your membership was renewed

OR you can show me your JustGo login with your membership show on it.

My versions of these are below as examples.

Also if you can't find the email with your membership card you can download it at any time from the membership system.

Click the green arrow in the bottom right corner to download your membership card.
