BDH container

I use a small (10 cm dia x 20 cm high) BDH container to carry stuff underground: spare batteries, an energy bar, a backup light ... While the container itself is quite flexible, the lid is brittle, and has cracked.

Have any of you got a spare lid, or a complete pot, that I could buy?

If you can't get hold of the 'proper' lid, you may be able to find someone (or perhaps your local 'Maker Space' should there be one) able to 3D print one.

The onshape website has designs for various screw-top lids, so if there is not an exact BDH lid on the site, it should be possible to modify an existing similar design to the required dimensions.

Wouldn't be watertight, so Ziplock bags likely required

Good point, I hadn't considered the seal.

A printed lid would need a rubber (or similar) sealing ring or disc for the lid, fitted in a recess at the inner end of the thread. You might be able to use a suitably sized neoprene disc.

It is possible to print soft items such as seals using an appropriate filament. However, I understand their use is not entirely straightforward, so we're probably getting outside of what is sensible to consider.

If you're thinking of spending £21-50p on a replacement BDH container, how about spending a bit more and buying an Inglesport waterproof box?

Up and Under in Cardiff sell these "Motion Research" branded BDH drums in varying sizes, even one down to 1L or so, and they're quite cheap, under £15? So maybe check them out
