Please note the following booking deadlines for Hidden Earth
Advance Bookings (for Admission tickets, Saturday evening meal and T-shirts) will close at 11pm on Sunday 21 September. The Saturday evening meal must be booked in advance. There may be some spare T-shirts available on the day but this is not guaranteed and - this year - there will be no repeat order after the event, i.e. when they're gone, they're gone.
For trade and club stands the booking deadline is 11pm on Friday 19 September.
Photo Salon entry forms must be submitted by 11pm on Monday 22 September. You then have a short while longer to upload your photos, which you must complete by 11pm on Thursday 25 September. Please note that that is one day earlier than last year - i.e. Thursday evening, not Friday evening).
