Bouldering on Easegill?!

Whilst up at Bull Pot Farm enjoying tea after caving at the Easegill Open House, I saw three parties of boulderers traipsing back from the Easegill beck. Apparently its a fairly new "crag" and a bit wet today. One determined climber carried a battery powered Makita fan to my amusement.

Although, covered in mud and stripping off in the wash pool, I considered maybe we're the odd ones to them?

Perhaps we can expect to see more climbers, and entice them into caving?

I looked at it probably 20+ years ago and dismissed it as too hard (for me) but it is a pretty spot. Was it more of a deep water solo Saturday night?!

I think it's a similar length of time since I had a prospect about there. Back then I thought about trying to do some trad lines but decided that the environmental damage would not justify anything likely to result. I think there were some bolts put in at some stage but have no idea what the routes are like.
