Caves.app issues?

HI, I've been trying to create an account on caves.app after learning about it through one of the forums on here. Unfortunately when I went to create an account, I got this error.

I never got through any verification email, when I try to log on it says the information is incorrect, when I try to reset the password nothing happens, and if I try to create the account again, it says the email is already in use.
Is the website down/ not in use, or has anyone else had similar issues and can provide some advice?
