I live in north Lancashire and don't mind dropping them off in the nearer parts of the Lakes/Dales. Don't really want to post things but if you're desperate I probably would.

Anyone? I think they're a little too niche for the local church second hand book/magazine shelves. It would be a shame to pulp them.

Hi Lankyman,

I'm the librarian at the NPC and also have a substantial personal collection of caving literature. Unfortunately I'm halfway through a recataloguing project at Greenclose and my own collection is halfway through being moved into a new office, so I'm a bit uncertain exactly what the club and I do and do not have at present. If this lot is in danger of being recycled, please feel free to deposit it at Greenclose and I will happily use it to fill any gaps in the club's collection as a priority, then any gaps in my own, then redistribute the remainder to worthy causes. I'm a cave rescue volunteer myself, but always happy to make a donation.

Cheers,
Chris

That sounds good to me, Chris. Is there a good time to call in at Greenclose (I'm retired so fairly flexible on days)? I head into the Dales for walking sometimes and it would be easy for me to drop them off. Now I just have to re-home dozens of climbing mags ...
