Caving near badgers

Only intentional disturbance is illegal.
This is always my go to excuse.
Being a wildlife photographer I dont want to deliberately disturb anything but I see numerous barn owls when exploring above ground stuff & 99% of the time I dont know they are in there till I go in!

Some of the Act is in the badgers' favour, and some is not, like using a little gun is not OK while using a big gun is OK.
