Just a heads-up for those who use the café above the shop as a meet-up point or for a brew after a trip.
From today, we're moving to weekend opening only:
Staffing. Plain and simple. We've been struggling to maintain consistent mid-week cover, and rather than provide a poor service when we're stretched, we'd rather focus on doing weekends properly. Good grub, fresh cakes, fully staffed.
The shop remains open 7 days (9am-5pm) as usual, so kit and gear chat unaffected/
I know some of you have longstanding routines that include a stop here. Apologies for the inconvenience.
For those organising weekend club trips or multi-day camps, we're still here and still happy to accommodate larger groups with advance notice (015242 41146).

- Saturday and Sunday
- 9am to 4pm
- Hot food until 3pm
- Closed Monday to Friday
