Cheap Conveyor Belt ?

Well, it should stop weeds growing in your passageway (but doubt it'll be heavy duty enough for hauling)

Maybe I'm overly doubtful and cynical but I'm imagining when it turns up it'll be as robust as crisp packets plastic and the circular holes in it (intended for planting through) would catch the bottom of the very first drag bucket and rip. Happy to be proven wrong and exposed as an unnecessarily grumpy so-and-so..

Edit: since old conveyor belt is a rarity these days, I wonder if a "dead" bouncy castle could be butchered for this purpose, not that I have one spare, but it may be worth looking out for as an alternative (not as good as actual conveyor though)

Theres a few yards of heavy duty conveyor belting lying in undergrowth at Cambokeels mine in Weardale, for the taking.

Worth a poke around the site even if not scavenging!

Food factories are the best ask as I believe they have to replace belts every so often. Oscar Meyer ( now closed ) at Chard scrapped loads of belts. Mr O'Doc who lives in Chard managed to get a load years past.
