Well, according to my mediocre Spanish, what we’ve got is (confirming what Ballad has posted):
The Civil Protection Authorities (?) confirm the tragedy at Cuetzalan, where a group of tourists was surprised by the flood of a subterranean river owing to heavy rain.
Bernabé . . . said that after finding the two dead bodies the rescue teams were concentrating their efforts on the technical manoeuvres needed to get the rest out of the interior of the cave. Up until now the authorities haven’t given details of the identity or nationality of the deceased.

What began as a tourist visit to the municipality of Cuetzalan, Puebla, ended in tragedy after seven people became trapped inside the Chichicazapa Cave due to heavy rains in the area. According to initial reports, the incident occurred on the afternoon of July 7, 2026. One of the seven people, identified as Agustín 'N', managed to escape and alert the authorities, who immediately launched a search operation."

Segob Puebla reported that the guide who accompanied the Peña family in the Gruta Chichicazapan did not have valid certification. The tour ended with the death of four family members.
3 of them have been washed into the sump 2km into the cave:
