Dales to Mendip

Is anyone able to take a small package (just a couple of carbide generators) from the Dales to Mendip? It's not the greatest urgency. The ultimate recipient will be Duncan Price but I'm sure they could be delivered pretty much anywhere on Mendip and he'll be able to intercept them.

Easiest collection place (for us) would be the Clapham area (e.g. the NPC hostel at Greenclose). But other options might be possible.

(P.S. we did have this one sorted but unfortunately the couple who were going to Mendip for the Easter weekend couldn't go as one of them became ill.)

Thanks for thinking of us - that's a kind offer but perhaps an unnecessarily cfonvoluted journey to Mendip?
Then again I suspect if the packet could be got to Whitewalls, maybe Duncan could pick it up from there?

Not sure where you're based Andrew but I'll send a PM.

But - if anyone else is going direct to Mendip over the next few weeks (or plotting a weekend in the Dales if you're Mendip based) could you let me know?

I'm driving from Somerset to the YSS tonight and back Monday if that's any help. Getting items to Duncan wouldn't be a problem.

Thanks Jester; actually I may be driving past trghe YSS at some stage over the weekend. If so I'll call in on spec. If you get chance, could you PM me with your name, so I know who to ask for?

Duncan, your parcel was passed to "Jester" (on here) this morning, who will kindly take it southwards over the coming days.

If you send him a PM on here after the long weekend you can sort out how he can hand it over to you on Mendip some time.
