Do you need a DUMP?

In the recent thread about the dangers of free diving I was surprised to encounter a degree of scepticism regarding the use of non-human surveillance techniques. With this in mind Lankyman Laboratories have been working hard to come up with a practical and effective solution: the Dynamic Underwater Monitoring Probe (DUMP).This has been rigorously tested in outdoor conditions and initial results are very promising. We are now taking orders for the inevitable Christmas rush. So, if you're worried about blocked passages just take a DUMP!

I did ponder a selfie stick and GoPro, obviously not as technologically advanced as your DUMP. But a selfie stick may be too short so that any sump it can check would be a lower risk one where hopefully you could just reverse out anyway.

Is there a DUMP Pro available? with a longer "rigid positioning attachment" than the one you've pictured which I'd guess is a similar length to a broomstick although the length isn't revealed in your pics here (presumably for patent pending reasons)

Thank you for noticing our use of lovingly crafted organic materials. Deliberately made to resemble that design classic, the brush handle

I guess some Specialist High Intensity Training is required to get the best out of a DUMP.

Be assured, the DUMP is a quality piece of kit which has been built to the highest standards. Here's a prototype being tested recently in Keld Head (where anything can happen)
