G.B. Cavern Ladder Dig chain belay - can you help (an easy job)?

The following message is from the Charterhouse Caving Company -

One of the anchors at the top of the chain to Ladder Dig in G.B. Cavern was very worn and has been replaced.

Currently the chain is only attached by one anchor which is safe but not ideal.

Could anyone passing please attach the second anchor?

The Maillon is in place and ready, thanks.
