Thanks for the update is most interesting “in a bad way “, spend a lot of time around that area will keep an eye open if I notice anything different.! 5.4 on the richter after some Googling is entry level for serious ?? Happens in areas every 10 years or so it says ?

The Richter Scale was superseded only 52 years ago.


I wonder how many people knew that.

There was a little bit on a Radio 4 prog the other day otherwise I wouldn't have had any idea things had moved on.

Anyone visiting any of the Gwydyr Forest mine should be aware that British Geological Survey (BGS) report a 1.8 magnitude earthquake 4 km west of Llanrwst in Gwydir Forest at a depth of 7 km at 08:37 on 11th October 2022.

the day after i was at the far end of parc 2, up the sub level to Cyffty lol 8/
