A lot of water in the Dales on Thursday so had a look at Haws Gill Wheel in Chapel le Dale which is usually dry. Have a look at the difference between normal and what it was like on Thursday.

Blimey.. Was that just the rain of that day or was it wet the day before?

I was over that way a few months back after heavy rain. There was a full size tree trunk lodged in the upper branches of another tree.
Easy to see how it got there now.
