Help for a budding Chinese caver

Hi there. Got a friend who's learnt to cave in the UK while they were at University and now they've gone back to China, specifically Qinghai Province. Their a good caver and dead keen.

There no established caving scene there and they want to get one started. They seen that there is unexplored karst in the area. Does anyone know anyone in China who may help them get stared with thing such as finding reputable suppliers and navigating local officialdom?

I live in Sichuan, which is the next province to the south of Qinghai. There definitely should be extensive karst in Qinghai, much of which is likely to be quite rugged and remote. I don't know anyone in that area who could help him, but the China Karst Exploration WeChat official account (中国岩溶探险 cnkarst-exp) contains some fairly useful-looking general caving resources.
