Hidden Earth 2026 Site Details

We're looking forward to this weekend!

Please take a moment to take a look at the site plan as a few bits have changed since last year. There is free parking for delegates - go through the pay and display parking, stay left then over the canal.

Camper van parking is located on the right as you look at the front of the building in the dark blue area.

Car parking is NOT ALLOWED around the main building unless you are staff. Cars parked without a pass will be given away as a competition prize.

Registration opens at 8pm on Friday at the main entrance. Please don't come in before this time as staff will be setting up.

Traders & clubs with stands can get access to the trade hall from around 7pm. Possibly earlier but it will depend on setup time.

Public wi-fi should be available around the site this year (if we can make it work). But don't expect miracles.

Most importantly the bar is open from 8pm!

There were loads of cars (that people weren't sleeping in) parked around the building despite instructions not to...
Last year the camper vans stretched all the way around the building as I remember, which probably wasn't helped by the non-campers mixed in.

The road on the S side of the pavilion is labelled 'unloading only ...' Can I park there long enough to get my tent up?
