I was diving in Hurtle Pot on Sunday and when I was out the farmer who owns the land approached me saying the gate down to the entrance had been left open on the previous two weekends. I suspect its been left open by walkers, rather than divers (I definitely closed it!), but he was rather annoyed as he has lambs in the area and they've been known to fall in.
I managed to smooth things over with him and all was okay, but its worth making an extra effort to make sure it doesn't happen again.
