There's a notice up on the Kingsdale road, at Raven Ray, saying "road closed from 12th May for 5 days". Should be open again for the weekend.

Worth bearing in mind that the ribblehead to dent road is also shut at the moment. In case you’re trying to go that way.

Thanks; does that mean then that the col between Kingsdale & Deepdale should be accessible from the Ingleton side? I don't see why not . . . .

Neither do I. The web page shows a dotted blue line up to the closure, which I read as being the diversion route, so it should be open.
