Kinver Gated Hole

Whilst walking over Kinver edge area, I came across this gated hole in the sandstone wall. It looks to be bricked a little way inside. I've googled around, but can't seem to find any info on it. Any ideas what I'm looking at?

Sandstone 'caves' on the other side of the field (south) according to maps, but this gated hole has been referenced twice on-line as an icehouse.

Are there any NT Walking guides that may have it noted somewhere?

Thanks for posting this though, I've added it to our visit list when next in that area - looks cool!

Shows it further south than your pin:
Seems to be not too far from Sampson's cave, shown on map in kinver rock houses:
Part of the enville estate:

Ah, so just a round dome inside then. I couldn't see a whole lot with my torch through the gate. Not quite as exciting as I'd hoped, but cool nonetheless.
