Ye I can imagine that plays a big part in it ! The canal is a good long sort of crawl it?s at a very awkward height really you can?t walk with you back vent and you can?t do the normal crawl due to the water in their also all the pebbles make it awkward also . I do like crawling the entrance series their was good fun coming out hard with the bag keeping it infront of you !!

I've always thought that LNRC is best experienced when it's been wet but water levels have fallen enough to allow you to float down the canal.

When we go again in Nov we will try and get a decentish film made in there

Going downstream at the start we could swim on the right hand side easily where it was deep enough the water was very close to the roof on are visit which made it quite awkward but extremely fun !!  Also with the phones giving out rain for 2pm  we wanted to be out at 12 also we had never been we  didn?t hang around at this point due to it sumps I did read , I prefer it over the canal bypass definitely!  The wet route after the bouncing boulders wow
That?s seriously my favourite part !!
