A couple of years ago I did the two ' new' pitches in L KW which are accessed from the ledge part way down the second pitch of the trade route. I got to the ledge via the Window Route described in the Craven Record number 125.

We got as far as the small streamway after two pitches ( with awkward pitch heads) but time was against going any further.

Can anyone advise about the way on beyond this please?
cheers

Do you mean the Late Breakfast Series? Goes off about two thirds down the main shaft on the far side. Downstream from the bottom of the second pitch of Late Breakfast rejoins below the second, short pitch of the main route. We pushed Pugwash passage and various upstream extensions in this a few years ago.

You may be talking about Illusion Series. Gets pretty tight and awkward if I remember correctly. Ends at the bottom of the 20m pitch in a dig.

We resurveyed it all and published in a Descent magazine.
