Hi Folks, just become aware of a chap called Adam Perkins who has gone missing in the Great Ayton area, Yorkshire. He was well known as an explorer of mines. Police have located his vehicle but he has not been seen or heard of since Monday.

Does anyone know of any old workings (drift mines ect.) that might be within the that area? Obviously not encouraging anyone to go and look but any useful information could at least be passed on to the relavent authorities if we have such information.
Here is the original post that the police have issued.
