No, I don't see that it is "obvious" that it isn't including me. It's referring to people in the two groups I described. The post isn't about me, so it's irrelevant whether I fall into either group, and I really object to your unpleasant aspersion that I think myself to be better informed or less stupid than others. And I am disappointed that you take a serious point about the threat to democracy of AI and turn it into a personal attack on me.

I thought that the cover picture of Descent was weird. I've been there a few times and never seen the gours with an ultramarine/aquamarine or what ever colour it is like that.

This one was nice and clear and if I had only one assistant and a bit more flash it would been have nice with a bit of back lighting.

AI slop has even graced the hallowed pages of the Craven journal. The accompanying trip report was also AI generated. It was me that submitted it for fun..but I'm not a fan.

It's not getting any better. Sony have stopped making SD and CF cards for the time being due to supply chain issues. Micron have stopped making their consumer 'Crucial' brand SSDs and RAM altogether. General shortage means prices are going to be extortionate for a while. All so the AI slop generators can build vast data centres. I suppose though if the digital media isn't there to make things the AI centres can't steal it!
