I think you'll find Stovoids 2nd Amendment was replaced by the 3rd in 1974.

Ah, Stovoid's 2nd Amendment. It was introduced in an failed attempt to prevent the ritualized blood letting after the !st Amendment on Walpurgis Night in 1874. In Yorkshire, however, Stovoid's 1st is sometimes played on All Hallows' Eve by certain underground societies.

This is of course why companies such as Google are pumping so much money into AI. That will future-proof their Morno-bots™ from any rail infrastructure changes in the future.
