The NAMHO Conference this year will be in Grasmere, between 7th & 10th July, hosted by CATMHS

The conference website will go live for bookings on 1st February.

The website can be viewed beforehand but it will not accept bookings until 1st Feb.

Disappointing that I was to late to book on one particular trip, I wonder whether the organisers will arrange a second trip as it is obviously very popular.

Sorry Roy should have been clearer, I was winding Chris up as 1 trip not all the information is online yet.

I think that we who got in on "it" are lucky as arranging access is even difficult for CAT themselves. I will have a few tales to tell of my solo trips down the ladders in the 1990s, I understand that now a lot of the plats are collapsing. Tom, I am intending to get out more this year now I have completed the big jobs on the house, so we are in with a chance of a few meet ups.

Unfortunately the Greenside trip will only run once as the Meet Leader is giving a lecture on the other day. Note that it's not the classic Greenside Through Trip - that is out of bounds these days.

My suggestion is to do some networking during the Friday and Saturday social events. For example, a bit of 'trip trading', i.e. can you run Trip X for my club, and in return we'll run a trip for you. Or persuade the Meet Leader to run it again! The organisers would be pleased to make the necessary introductions.

Yes, I had an eye on that but it was snaffled up pretty quick, clearly! Still, it's all good, I got on some trips and am looking forward to it

There are still spaces on some of the trips, including some that were fully booked! We've also added a few extra trips in there.

So worth taking a look, whether you have booked already, or are still thinking about it.
