Been meaning to mention this one for a while now.
Those familiar with Nenthead might have, on occasion, popped into the public loo next to the car park entrance (ahhh.. nectar!)
These toilets are operated and maintained by volunteers, which means that funding is tight, and largely supported by public donations.
There is a collection box out front, and if everyone who visited the mines just stopped and made a small donation to this worthy cause, much of the funding gap would be filled.
You might also consider visiting the shops to purchase snacks and drinks, as, other than fuel costs, your visit is largely for free!
The above comments apply to pretty much every locality; my appeal is to be mindful of the communities where we indulge our pastimes, and support local enterprise wherever possible
Now to go and load the car.
