300 + 200 days. She left part way through and spent 6 days camping outside the entrance

"After 300 days of voluntary confinement, Beatriz briefly walked out because she felt, according to sources familiar with the project, “the noise of the router in her brain,” alluding to the computer and router she had with her inside the cave to communicate her basic needs. She spent six days camped next to the cave entrance and, according to the same sources, only had contact with one person, who came in to check the device."

I vaguely recall a fair number of cave isolation records, and am pretty sure this 500 day stint isn't the longest. As it's quite late I CBAd to research it to prove/deny the point. Pretty sure a Russian (or Eastern European) did something in the order of 738 days though. Perhaps I dreamt it.

No (above is 24 hour journey on London underground). As Flamini did 300 & 200 days, then "Maurizio Montalbini, a sociologist and caving enthusiast. In 1993, Montalbini spent 366 days in an underground cavern near Pesaro in Italy"

Serb did 464:

Although Wikipedia gives 260 days for montalbini.

"Geoff workman gained the world [British] record for longest time spent underground in this very cave – a whopping 105 days!!!"

Wasn't there a French bloke called Michel Siffre who was noted for a long stay in a cave?
