October CNCC Committee Meeting

CNCC Secretary

New member
Saturday 25 October, 9:30am in Clapham Village Hall

The October agenda is now available on the CNCC website MEETINGS page:

The draft minutes for the June meeting (awaiting committee approval) are also on the website.

As well as the usual routine matters (such as officers reports), we have a few interesting agenda items:
• CNCC response to Parliament on review of outdoor recreation
• Anchoring of Excalibur Pot
• Upgrading CNCC web services

Officer reports will be uploaded separately, one week before the meeting.

Although this is a Committee meeting, it's very informal, and we invite ALL cavers to come along to either observe or participate. You are welcome to provide input on all the discussions, as we aspire to bring together the broadest range of viewpoints and ideas.

Hope to see you at the meeting, either in person or via Zoom.

A final reminder of our meeting tomorrow (Saturday 25th October), 9:30am, Clapham Village Hall.

As our Secretary has posted above, all documents can be found below including the agenda, reports, and a few supplementary documents:

The agenda for this meeting is fairly light (and the items that are there will probably be quite quick). So... if there is something you'd like to discuss under Any Other Business, or if you have any questions, this is a perfect meeting to raise these. There will be a few of the team setting up at the hall from about 8:50am if you would prefer to have a quieter chat, especially if this is your first CNCC meeting. Tea and coffee available.

EVERYONE welcome - this is a Committee meeting, but we value (and want) input from any northern cavers.

We also welcome anyone to come along and spectate, if you are keen to meet us in person and see what goes on. We hope you will find our meetings to be friendly, informative and welcoming.

We aim to be done by 11:30am (if not sooner) so plenty of time for caving or digging afterwards :dig:

Remember you can also attend via Zoom while having a leisurely breakfast in the comfort of your own home.
