Old Ash Mine Access Restricted

Please note that access to Old Ash Mine in Northern Dale is to be restricted to between June and September from now on, at the request of the landowner. I don't have any further info at the present time, but the access arrangements remain the same:

The description of the arrangements says the landowner will ask to see BCA cards - has he been made aware that BCA don't issue physical cards any more?

The message to DCA came from a caver who had just visited the mine and had been told this personally by Mr. Greatorex, so I assume he must know about the current situation, but I'm afraid I don't know how you 'produce' in this instance.

There is, but if Mr G is expecting cavers to show a physical card, he may not be happy with something on a phone screen.

Suggest you add the restriction details to the Lords and Ladies Mine entry Phil, since they're in the same parcel of land.

If anyone has any info or photos on the main (or other entrances) for Lords and Ladies Mine it would be appreciated, as we don't currently have much on the Registry.
