On't scrounge; Jiffy Bags

In the near future a large quantity of books and journals will need to be got to good homes.
We need a supply of A4-sized Jiffy Bags or even ordinary envelopes to package them up in, for fellow cavers to collect. Part of this exercise will raise funds for a good cause (one of our rescue teams).

If you have any used ones going spare and it wouldn't take you out of your way, could you drop them off at the NPC (Green Close, just outside Clapham)? Maybe have them in a poly bag to leave outside the door if there's no-one in when you call.

We have a bunch that we will try and drop off at some point (saves us trying to rip them up to separate plastic from paper for recycling...)

Yes please Andrew - I'm all for re-use (and recycling, for that matter).

Maj has just kindly supplied a good quantity (with thanks to MH for transporting these from Mendip to the Dales) so the immediate panic has receded. But ultimately we'll run out again, so if anyone else (as well as AM) can drop off more, please do swing by the NPC. It's all related to raising money for a cave rescue charity so you'll be supporting a good cause, indirectly.
