Just got the hang of using the bloody thing and it goes and unclips itself from my harness in Tatham Wife last Saturday (19 Sept 09). It is a Petzl Pantin (foot jammer) far too new, right foot, gold coloured and may still have the crappy purple mini Karabiner that evidently failed in its task attached. Had a good look for it on the way out but without success. Might be in the water near the sump - I wasn't keen on going back there!
