Mr Droopy, Shatter Cave.

A foray into shooting with flashbulbs at the big pitch of Rowton Pot. A 4 second exposure (f5, ISO100) with Viki holding the flashbulb, lit by an Emisar DW4 flashlight, with two Yongnuo flashguns trying their best (and failing to make much impact!) in the waterfall to the left and the rift in the ceiling. Taken on a Canon 650D with a 10-18mm STM lens. I didn't quite get the framing right in this photo, but on correcting that, the focus messed up with the last bulb, so this was the best of the trip. I'm not sure what flashbulb it is, but it's one of these:

Not a cave. Experimenting in the Hoffman Kiln at Langcliffe. I set up the lighting, but my daughter actually took the shots. She's now photography student at Kendal College.

First shot is taken with a Canon 600D. AD200 on a tripod pointing at the camera, the tripod legs hidden behind my legs hence the slightly odd stance , a two smaller strobes held in my hands pointing away from the camera. Bit of post-processing to improve the lighting at the far end of the tunnel.

Second shot is taken with a Canon R7, kit lens, no lighting at all. Feels like cheating.
