As far as I know there has been no update since 2008 or at least there is no indication it's been updated. I've got a copy if you want it. I'll bring it to the Wanted on Wednesday.

It has been updated but the manual is in French, German, Polish and Slovakian but not English!

I think you'll find that these updates are mainly the translation.
I've looked at the French manual and there is little difference, mainly in the export options.
