Possible Caver Post - Berkshire to Derbyshire

I may be looking for someone to collect a folder of material from Berkshire (not sure of the actual location yet) and get it to the British Caving Library in Derbyshire.
Just making enquiries for now

My brother lives near Newbury and I see him fairly frequently, so depending where in Berkshire, I may be able to collect and transport to Mendip, which would get it onto the main caver-post trade route, if that's any help.

I now have the address. The lady lives at Reading RG30 3EQ . Getting it to Mendip would be great. Getting it to Derbyshire is not urgent but the lady does need to clear it from her house ASAP. Thanks
