Query re a Plymouth Caving Group publication

Please can anyone confirm the year of publication of:

Plymouth Caving Group "Newsletter and Journal" No.46?

That's all I'm trying to find out.

Normally I'd ask Mary at the BCL but she only tends to be there once a week, on Wednesdays - and (sod's law) it's Wednesday evening as I type!
